For your convenience we have showrooms at 5 major locations around Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane) with comfortable customer reception areas and ample parking space.

Engine Reconditioning Service

Two years ago ASV merged with New Process Engineering Pty. Ltd., which has been established since 1934. Our head engineer Graeme Kelly has 38 years experience in the industry and is always ready to offer you advise and support for all your mechanical and engine reconditioning needs.

We specialise in European alloy block and cylinder head reconditioning using the latest Serdi equipment, our services include crankshaft grinding, reboring and honing. All work is carried out in-house.

We have our own specialised engine assembly room. All parts used, are supplied by our sister company ‘Euro Car Parts’ (Exp. Mahle engine components, Elring gaskets, Goetze rings, Glyco bearings, TRW).

 

Dismantling Service

At ASV we specialise in most major European model cars. Our state of the art dismantling and recycling plant is planed in a pipeline set-up. Our well-trained staff can dismantle up to five cars per day. Every part of the car is carefully dismantled, checked and stocked in an environmentally friendly way.

Please be advised that we can always search for and outsource a specific spare part if we do not have it in stock.

Sales Services

As an ASV customer you will experience responsive, personalised attention. We promise to return your quotes promptly with quality delivery service on time. Our sales staff are highly motivated and always ready to help. The difference in our approach is the care - it is genuine.

Our sales service team are there to assist with samples, suggestions and options that will broaden your possibilities. No request of yours is ever a problem. If you have difficulty finding a particular part our sales staff will try their best to find it for you through our vast network of local and international suppliers.

Our friendly sales staff eccept all major credit cards, Eftpos, company cheques and direct bank debits. We are also Capricorn suppliers. Phone and mail orders are welcomed as well.

Delivery Service

We have a friendly team of delivery drivers who are more than happy to deliver parts to you. We offer free delivery to the trade twice a day, with 9.00am and 1.00pm cut off times for same day delivery.

Our fleet consists of more than 6 vans and a tilt tray tow truck for local towing, which is offered free of charge to our customers for breakdowns. Normal delivery time is within 24 hours, if parts need to be ordered from interstate branches our sales person will advise you of the estimated delivery time. To all rural customers we offer special courier services.

We can arrange overnight transport to all other states out of Sydney or all major branches (TNT Air Express / Maphee Transport).

A 4 wheeler and a scooter are used around our Sydney 6-acre premises, enabling fast and efficient service.
